HR Operations Transformation - Deployment SpecialistRole Purpose StatementThe transformation deployment specialist is responsible for driving structural transformation projects, ensuring their seamless deployment across HR. This role requires balancing strategic alignment with operational execution, ensuring that structural changes are delivered on time, within scope, and with sustainable adoption. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deployment planning, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and change management.Main AccountabilitiesDevelop deployment transformation plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Coordinate with functional teams to ensure operational readiness and minimal disruption. Act as a liaison between external consultants, senior leadership, project teams, and frontline HR customers and employees. Ensure that changes are embedded into the organization’s culture and day-to-day operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions during the transformation process.
