About the Role:

 * Serve as a key point of contact for delivering high-quality recruitment services.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
 * Oversee recruitment delivery teams and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
 * Presentation of insights and reports to internal and client-side leadership.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
 * Ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance.
