What you’ll do :
SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) provides cloud-hosted infrastructure, technical, and application managed services to SAP private cloud customers. The Client Delivery Manager is the primary customer-facing representative ensuring full delivery accountability and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
What you’ll bring :
As a Client Delivery Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Owning and growing client engagement for SAP ECS, acting as the voice of the client within SAP.
* Managing the entire SAP ECS engagement, coordinating with ECS functions to deliver according to scope and expectations.
* Setting up proactive service plans and conducting regular review meetings with clients.
* Serving as an escalation point for delivery-related issues.
* Ensuring alignment across ECS and other SAP stakeholders.
* Overseeing onboarding, upgrade/migration projects, and service delivery initiatives.
* Supporting change requests, contract compliance, and risk management.
* Assisting in positioning additional ECS offerings and supporting contract renewals.
* Sharing knowledge within the CDM community.
What we expect from you :
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Proven experience in managing client engagements, such as in Service Delivery Management, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
* Strong customer orientation with skills in relationship management and de-escalation.
* Understanding of SAP Basis, system migration, or SAP functional applications.
* Knowledge of technical infrastructure and virtualized landscapes.
* Awareness of IT trends and SAP’s strategy and offerings.
* Ability to work effectively remotely as part of a dispersed team.
* Certifications in SAP Basis, IT Service Management, Project Management, Cloud, or IT infrastructure are advantageous.
