We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Merchant Operations Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as payment approval rates, chargeback rates, and refund rates.
You will also play a key role in suggesting and implementing improvement initiatives. This may involve conducting in-depth analysis of data, charts, and spreadsheets, as well as presenting performance insights and issue resolutions to merchants.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL and queries, fluency in English, and possess skills such as agility, teamwork, proactivity, cross-functional navigation, critical thinking, and a merchant-centric approach.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be able to collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and handle daily merchant requests.
