Job Title: Podcast Audio Editor

Role Description:
This is a contract remote role for a skilled audio editor who will work closely with the content team to maintain brand consistency and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Edit raw podcast audio into polished, broadcast-ready episodes.
* Remove filler words, false starts, redundancies, and off-topic tangents.
* Improve pacing, clarity, and flow without changing the speaker's voice or intent.
* Restructure sections when needed based on how questions were answered.

Responsibilities:
Edit raw podcast audio into polished episodes that meet the highest quality standards by enhancing sound quality using best practices in audio editing. Work closely with the content team to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
We're looking for someone with:
* A proven track record of working independently while still being an active team player when needed. Also experience in podcasts production would be great but not necessary. Proficiency in Audio Editing including cleaning trimming fine-tuning digital files clean from errors or inconsistencies ensuring perfect deliverance right out your hands thereby delivering professional output consistently delivered promptly every time no matter what.
