* The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording all calls from the helpline, registering incidents in the ticket registration platform, and escalating them to the corresponding resolution group.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role as the professional will be interacting with users and other teams on a daily basis.
* In addition, the candidate will be required to follow up on each ticket generated to ensure that it is attended within the agreed service levels.
