Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing operations, staff hiring and supervision, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high customer service standards. Regular onsite attendance is required. Execute high standards for food quality and customer care, demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership.
Qualifications
Leadership experience in retail or management
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring skills
Delegation and follow-up abilities
Effective communication and motivation skills
Planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
Cash handling and bookkeeping experience
Ability to ensure safety and security
Preferred Experience
Retail or management experience
Food handling experience
High School or College Degree
Physical Requirements
Stand or walk up to 8 hours
Lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly, up to 60 pounds occasionally
Push/pull up to 20 pounds
Bend, reach, manipulate objects, and climb ladders as needed
Hiring Range: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
