As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will play a key role in establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing expert technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Assist in evaluating client business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Gain knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk and assist with documents and maintenance to client system environments.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
