Sales Director
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts in LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Presentation of nutraceutical ingredients to customers, articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaboration with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Market trend analysis and competitor activity monitoring to identify white space and protect market share.
* Achievement of sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Representation of the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Technical/product support provision to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Linguistic proficiency: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent time management skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
