Job Description
The Business Analyst–Product Designer is a key member of the design team.
* Assess business processes, system landscapes and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Support QA and UAT test planning, execution and bug triage.
* Presentation live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users.
* Assist with sprint planning, stakeholder communications and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute to change management through documentation, training and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping and translating business needs into technical specifications.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.
* Excellent communication, facilitation and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs and system integrations.
