Business Intelligence Analyst Role
In this pivotal position, you will play a key part in shaping our B2B data-driven marketing and personalization strategy by developing robust models that inform customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and product strategy.
* Develop and optimize customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering) to identify actionable buying groups within CDP data.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to build and scale buying group frameworks enhancing personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.
* Integrate advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, or similar platforms.
* Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
