We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and support business development activities in the public sector. As a Business Development Intern, you will be part of a diverse and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced professionals to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with a very good knowledge of MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scout and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries.
2. Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation.
3. Create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* A fluent level of Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1).
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly.
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects.
* Previous experience with procurement in the public sector will be seen as a plus.
