Job Title
A Delivery Leader is sought to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role requires hands-on experience and strong collaboration skills to drive delivery execution from planning through completion.
* Deliver end-to-end results for complex projects, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination are effectively managed.
* Partner with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using Jira.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
Requirements
We seek a seasoned professional with:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
