This range is provided by Synergy Associates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yrAdditional compensation typesAnnual Bonus and CommissionSynergy Associates is a tier-one distributor of HPE Renew servers, storage, and network equipment for the United States. Additionally, we are a North American distributor providing Dell Recertified Enterprise Equipment. We are a designated channel source for both HPE and Dell resellers. Synergy is also an international distributor for HPE’s Replacement Parts Business supporting North America and Latin America. We sell Microsoft server products with our solution sales to authorized resellers in the channel. This is business to business sales with an emphasis on inside direct marketing sales. You will begin your career as a Business Development Representative with a progression path for the opportunity to be promoted to Senior Account Manager. We offer the opportunity to earn unlimited income as a full commission sales representative at our company once you finish our business development training program. In addition, our extensive training includes certification with major OEM’s in the technology field. We encourage you to join our team and be part of our success at Synergy Associates.Job Description:The Business Development Representative will support sales with the goal of generating qualified lead sales opportunities for the company.Responsibilities include the qualification of all leads and email campaigns received via the phone, web, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.The Business Development Representative will support all sales development with the lead qualification process through active out-bound calls to prospects and customers.Primary Responsibilities:Outbound prospect qualification and account research (25 connects per week)Inbound prospect qualification and follow-upWorking closely with the sales team to generate new leads and close salesQualify all leadsSupport all sales of Synergy Associates equipment to customers and prospectsMaintain clear articulation of business themes and messagingTraining and career developmentMaintenance of customer database ensuring accuracy and integrityCreating inventory listsAssist in additional sales admin tasks as neededBeing a team member and striving to achieve both team goals and personal goalsAttain customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationsProvide reports to management on a timely basisManage time effectively and profitablyCold and warm callingAssist in online advertisingSkills and Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeVerbal and written communications are clear, crisp and conciseArticulate and persuasiveExcellent telephone skillsVery organizedUnderstands technologies and business practicesWilling to be flexible and adapt to new challenges and various tasks throughout the daySeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
