MI Team
As a part of monetization department, MI should be specifically designed to best serve monetization need.
MI is same to content safety as severe leakage could be fatal to our apps, but it's different from content safety in that: overkill in content safety lead to damage to user experience (hard to measure), whereas overkill in monetization means instant loss of profit. This means for us, controling overkill is as important as controling leakage.
MI should try to be one of the engines to drive the growth.
1. Responsible for monetization integrity related work, follow the policy process strictly to handle the day-to-day work, deliver the solid safety control result of advertising content;
2. Cooperate with other businesses related functions to complete the designated work and deal with temporary tasks;
3. Take regular working summary and reflection, continuously review and improve the performance on both quality and efficiency, and bring timely feedback of the issues and optimization opportunities found in the work.
1. English as working language, and native level in one of the languages (Indonesian/Korean/Malay/Mandarin&Cantonese/Thai/Vietnamese). Multilingual is highly preferred.
2. Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions;
3. MS Office skills;
4. Ability to evaluate content of advertisements by referring to Ads Review Guidelines and Desktop Procedure, strong analytical and research skills;
5. Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail;
6. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
