About the Role
The purpose of this position is to start with someone supporting our daily activities, as formatting cvs, matching ideally candidates with the vacancies opened by the client and this professional will also be scheduling interviews for candidates with the clients. The idea is that in the future, this person will develop skills of sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. As well as reporting daily activities with the TA Manager, tracking the key recruitment metrics and providing data driven insights to improve our hiring process.
Responsibilities
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies
• Promote employer branding through recruitment campaigns that highlight company values, culture, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal hiring policies
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
• Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries
• Meet weekly activity quotas related to outreach (calls and emails)
Requirements
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting in the HR services or staffing industry
• Knowledge of outbound recruitment strategies and tools like LinkedIn,
• Strong knowledge in Englis is needed.
