We're looking for a Paid Search Media Manager in São Paulo, Brazil who: feels confident making decisions in the Google Ads interface, is not afraid to try something new, is deeply familiar with the theory of pay-per-click advertising & overall machine learning capabilities. We're focused on developing strategies for the future, embracing the new Google environment and un-leveling the playing field using creativity, messaging, intention & an audience first approach.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable coming up with unique testing ideas for accounts, implements, monitoring, reporting & taking next steps based on results. In this role, the day to day will be account management with hands on keyboard: bid optimization, detailed reporting, audience research, and budget management to name a few. This is a fast paced, fully remote environment with a stress on independent thinking and time management. This position has significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Mandatory Experience:
3+ years of hands on SEM account management experience
Extensive experience focusing on ROAS, CPA, and/or new customer goals
Expert-level knowledge of conversion tracking, tracking templates, and url parameters
Managed at least 3 e-commerce clients, spending over $50,000 per month.
Completing & passing a skills assessment prior to interview
Additional Requirements & Experience:
Experience with Google Analytics - Analytics Certification a Plus (Creating Goals, Creating Audiences, Syncing Engagement KPIs, UTM parameters & GA Data Analysis/Insights)
Experience using Draft & Experiments for testing
Experience with smart bidding & best practices
Advanced knowledge of Search & DSA campaign set-up
Experience setting up & Optimizing PMAX, Display, Discovery, YouTube
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Editor
Experience using Bing Ads - MSAN audience network & multi-media ads is a plus
Execution experience with scripts, rules & data layers a plus
Hands experience with client management, reading data studios, reporting & building decks that "tell a story" with data
Allocate & forecast budgets strategically across campaigns based on performance and client objectives.
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword refinement, and bid adjustments.
Understanding of CRO best practices a plus
Ability to articulate strategy confidently & find insights that lead to next steps. Don't just tell me what the data is, deep dive into why we're seeing the results & what are the appropriate next steps
Must keep detailed logs within project management tools and account for all work hours.
Agency experience is a plus but not required
