Scrum Master Role
The Scrum Master is a critical team member who plays a pivotal role in the success of our Agile teams.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and methodologies.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
Requirements:
* Professional experience working with distributed teams and Agile frameworks.
* Strong facilitation and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
