Senior Scrum Master Role
We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach to lead our Customer Data Ecosystem teams in adopting and refining Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Sprint Facilitation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Issue Resolution: Identify and remove obstacles and impediments hindering team progress, ensuring smooth workflows.
* Agile Coaching: Provide coaching on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Product Backlog Management: Work with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Performance Metrics: Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Culture Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting Agile best practices.
* Talent Development: Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Agile practitioners within the organization.
* Change Management: Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive work environment.
* Innovation: Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, enhancing project transparency and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles.
* Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
* Coaching Skills: Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and direct cross-functional teams.
