 
        
        Job Title: Senior Internal Talent Advisor
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Internal Talent Advisor.
This strategic role will serve as a liaison between clients and our organization, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing roles.
 * Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact between hiring managers and clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
 * Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Team Oversight: Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
 * Operational Analysis: Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
Required Qualifications:
 * A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
