The Role
* Design scalable React applications with Next.js 13+ App Router & Server Components, ensuring seamless user experiences.
* Implement sophisticated state management solutions using Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or MobX, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
* Develop and optimize GraphQL integrations, fostering robust data exchange.
* Create reusable component systems with Storybook, promoting collaboration and consistency.
* Transform designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, Radix UI, driving visual appeal and user engagement.
* Collaborate with AI tools like Copilot, Cursor to enhance development workflows.
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years production experience with Core Technologies (React, State Management, Styling, GraphQL, Storybook, TypeScript)
* Additional skills: Next.js 13+ App Router & Server Components, Component libraries (Radix UI, Shadcn UI), Performance optimization (Web Vitals), AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor), Modern build tools and testing frameworks
