Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to accelerate analysis, reporting, and business insights. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Sales Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze customer behavior, product usage, sales performance, and financial trends using data visualization tools and statistical methods.
2. Support deep dive projects such as weighted pipeline evaluation, consumption reporting, sales attainment analysis, and LTV to CAC modeling.
3. Design and develop repeatable data models for financial and operational metrics.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to clarify metric definitions and ensure consistency across reporting.
5. Draft summaries and written analysis that highlight insights and trends.
6. Document logic, definitions, and assumptions to support long-term reuse.
7. Become proficient in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to build informative dashboards.
Requirements:
* Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field.
Familiarity with SQL and willingness to learn and improve.
* Essential Skills:
Strong analytical reasoning and ability to connect data to business concepts.
Clear written communication skills and ability to summarize findings.
