Are you ready?The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing immediate solutions or deeper technical analysis to support requests from other departments. This role involves monitoring the performance of the TRANSPOREON platform, reacting to incidents, performing minor enhancements or configuration changes, and maintaining documentation.ResponsibilitiesProvide N2 level support for technical inquiries.Analyze the behavior of technical systems and coordinate efforts to resolve customer issues.Configure standard components for existing customers.Monitor platform performance and respond to incidents.Maintain up-to-date system documentation.Handle technical support requests via tickets, providing solutions or in-depth analysis, including questions about processes, failures, bugs, and performance issues.Perform minor system enhancements or configuration changes for existing customers.Delegate cases requiring specialized expertise to appropriate teams, monitor progress, and ensure solutions are delivered.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Technical Support Engineer.Good knowledge of web-based application configuration (HTTP/SOAP/REST/FTP).Experience with SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV, and MS Office.Knowledge of Java is a plus.Fluency in English is mandatory.Fluency in the native language of the country of employment.Our Inclusiveness CommitmentWe celebrate diversity and actively promote inclusion.
