Scrum Master Role
Overview:
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile principles and guiding teams towards efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile methodologies
* Support and mentor one or more Scrum teams
* Collaborate with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance
* Help implement and adopt SAFe practices
* Identify and resolve impediments hindering team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are highly valued
* Experience working with Agile tools like Jira or Confluence
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed teams
