Ensure regulatory compliance and understand RA/MOH requirements. Implement protocols across regions by planning, executing, and closing clinical projects within scope, time, and budget.
Manage budgets, monitor burn rates, and control scope changes. Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration and accountability, and communicate clearly with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors.
