About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Customer Success Senior Manager at a growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves supporting client success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients
* Coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup
* Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
* Evaluate and resolve messaging errors
* Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
* Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's right hand
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Financial Services is a Plus!
