We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of high-quality web applications using TypeScript and Next.js.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of scalable web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
2. Makes architectural decisions and shapes technical direction for the team.
3. Collaborates closely with product and design teams to deliver meaningful features efficiently.
4. Mentors junior engineers, raising the bar on code quality.
5. Built integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors.
6. Optimized performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in building and scaling web applications.
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
* Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker.
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers.
* Strong communication skills, thrives in remote environments.
* Bonus: Experience with Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, fintech/lending.
