UN Women Brazil is seeking a Web Management Specialist to strengthen its digital presence and support global efforts in advancing gender equality. Working within the Division of Communications and Advocacy, you will contribute to high-quality digital content, web publishing, and digital transformation initiatives that help amplify the organization's mission. This is a 3-month onsite assignment, ideal for professionals passionate about inclusive digital solutions, content management, and web development workflows.Your Key Contributions:Content & Web ManagementPublish, review, and update web content following established workflows.Schedule automated updates, correct formatting issues, maintain metadata, manage redirects, and archive content.Quality Assurance & Technical SupportTest new digital features, report bugs in Jira, coordinate with IST teams, and deliver demos/trainings.Provide remote troubleshooting and recommend system improvements.Digital Transformation ProjectsCollaborate with IT, Digital teams, and vendors on AI translation, chatbot improvements, and analytics reviews.Create Drupal sample pages, coordinate Online Volunteers, and support training and lessons-learned exercises.Apply if you meet the following:5+ years in web content publishing, CMS management, or web development.Knowledge of Drupal and Jira (desired, not mandatory).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving.Fluent English (another UN language is an asset).National or legal resident of Brazil.Secondary education required; university degree desirable.Benefits:Monthly living allowance, medical insurance, learning opportunities, annual leave, and full UNV entitlements.Application deadline: 24 December 2025
