Job Description
We are seeking an IT professional to install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software systems and networks for employees.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, systems administration or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems and networks for all employees.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls across various platforms.
* Deploy and integrate new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Maintain endpoint security and assist with cloud infrastructure management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration or a similar role.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems and cloud platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration and automation tools.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
