Sales and Business Development Opportunities


Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting activities using various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities.

They will also be responsible for inbound lead generation by monitoring and analyzing website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality.

Additionally, they will research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points, enabling effective positioning and promotion of our products or services.

They will handle inquiries and requests from potential customers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.

Furthermore, they will follow up on sales processes with potential customers, providing necessary information and support to facilitate the sales team's success.

Finally, they will regularly report and analyze sales and marketing data, providing insights into lead sources, quality, and conversion rates to improve sales and marketing activities.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles.

Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of the relevant industry and related technologies, is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.

They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to think independently and develop effective sales strategies.

A team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals is essential.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain high efficiency are also required.

Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation software is a plus.
