Within the Global Product Development team, you will lead the Latin American innovation strategy and the development of regional-specific products, introducing disruptive concepts to accelerate Avène’s growth and leadership in the region. You will act as the key regional reference for product strategy, working at the intersection of consumer insights, innovation, brand strategy, and business performance, with a clear mandate: turn market needs into high-impact, medical innovations.Key Responsibilities1. Product & Marketing StrategyDefine and drive the product development and marketing strategy for AVENE in line with global priorities and regional specificities.Contribute to global strategies and adapt them to LATAM market realities.Ensure coherent positioning, storytelling, and value proposition across all markets.2. Market & Consumer InsightsContinuously analyze:Consumer and patient needsDermatology and KOL insightsMarket trends and competitive landscapeRegulatory and distribution specificitiesTranslate insights into concrete product concepts and innovation opportunities.3. Product Development & InnovationLead regional product projects from concept to launch:Brief R&D and global teamsValidate formulas, claims, and benefitsDefine pack, formats, and range architecturePropose regional innovations adapted to Brazil and LATAM skin needs, habits, and channels.4. Portfolio & Performance ManagementOwn the performance of the product portfolio:Sales targets and growthPricing and profitabilityCost of goods and marginsObsolescence and range optimizationIdentify gaps, hero products, and underperforming SKUs.5. Go-to-Market & Omnichannel ExecutionSupport the local team in defining and deploying:Launch strategiesCommunication and media plansOmnichannel content (medical, digital, retail, e-commerce)Ensure strong execution by local markets and alignment with brand strategy.6.
