About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and engage with thousands of users passionate about digital privacy.
This is a full-time, remote position ideal for candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru, reporting directly to our Marketing Director and closely collaborating with our Community Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will define and execute our voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X—growing an engaged U.S. audience through clear, professional, and impactful content.
Main Responsibilities
* Create and maintain a dynamic content calendar, crafting posts, short-form videos, and visual assets aligned with our brand identity.
* Develop or brief multimedia content (graphics, infographics, videos) ensuring consistent, professional brand messaging.
* Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences.
* Execute campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement; regularly analyze performance metrics (reach, CTR, follower growth) to optimize content.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills—clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic multimedia creation/editing (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Spark).
* Comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.
