Design Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead our end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex digital products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and customer needs;
* Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior patterns, and best practices in product design;
Requirements
* Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products;
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methods;
* Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders;
* Strong communication and collaboration skills;
* Ability to mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
