Together, we design and implement robust, scalable solutions that address our clients' most pressing data challenges across diverse industries.WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAMAs the PM&Innovation Lead, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and launching physical and digital products, services, or experiences that deliver measurable business and user value. This position requires deep expertise in Design Thinking (plan and execute insight-driven discovery, ideate innovative solutions, and craft compelling value propositions) and desirable digital product management capabilities. You’ll work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, consultants, designers, engineers, and customers to spark new ideas and turn them into reality.WHAT YOU’LL DODesign Thinking & Innovation (Mandatory):Lead and facilitate discovery, ethnographic research, customer insights gathering, and journey mapping to uncover unmet user needs.Synthesize insights into clear opportunity areas and customer-centric problem statements, creating powerful storytelling.Develop and test value propositions using qualitative and quantitative data.Plan and facilitate ideation sessions, applying a range of brainstorming and creative problem-solving techniques.Develop benchmarking and future trends analysis; synthesize findings andcreate compelling communicationRapidly develop and iterate MVP concepts, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept for validation.Assess solutions for desirability, feasibility, and viability, and guide product recommendation and development.Manage cross-functional workstreams, enabling collaboration between design, data science, engineering and consulting teamsBuild internal capabilities, capture learnings, and scale team best practicesDigital Product Management (Strong skills desirable):Lead end-to-end digital innovation project delivery: from discovery and ideation to product launchTranslate insights and validated concepts into actionable product visions, epics, roadmaps, and user story backlogs.Prioritize features and enhancements based on user and business value, technical dependencies, and resource constraints.Manage and groom product backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams through agile processes—define acceptance criteria, manage sprints, and drive delivery.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:Act as a champion for user-centric and innovative thinking within the organization.Engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to operational teams.Present findings, recommendations, and roadmaps clearly and persuasively in workshops and meetings. Generate powerful storytelling.ABOUT YOUMust-haves:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design or related field (or equivalent experience).6+ years of experience delivering innovation in consulting, tech, industries or startupsProficiency in Design Thinking methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.G., interviews, synthesis, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping).Proficiency in planning and running qualitative and quantitative user research, and skilled in synthesizing insights and translating into product opportunities.Strong understanding of agile methodologies; experience writing epics, user stories, and managing digital product roadmaps.Knowledge and use of GenAI tools; previous experience in Gen AI cases is a plusExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Track record of managing interdisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and execution skillsFluency in EnglishWillingness to travelNice to have:Fluency in Spanish#J-18808-Ljbffr
