This Service Delivery Manager is responsible to deliver high quality Agilent services to Customers in designated geographical area, including:
- Manages supervisors and/ or employees responsible for design/ implementation of support engineering programs/ processes
- Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/ projects
- Successfully have translated strategy into tactics for initiative/project delegated
- Develops, implements solutions to department issues
- Experience leading cross-functional or cross-geography projects
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Biology, Engineering or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.
Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics, with cross-functional team collaboration. Master cCommunication fluency in Portuguese and English languages and availability to business trips in Brazil territory.
