* Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
* Implement energy conservation and cost-saving measures, while monitoring utility consumption.
* Track and communicate work request status and completion.
Construction & Safety Compliance
* Monitor construction works and ensure all guidelines are strictly followed.
* Provide project status reports to the Property Manager.
* Prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects.
* Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.
* Assist in coordinating emergency and crisis management drills, including but not limited to fire and earthquake drills.
Administrative & Budget Planning
* Conduct daily coordination meetings with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, technical briefings, testing, and validation processes.
* Support the Building Manager in preparing the annual budget for technical services and materials.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Must have a pleasing personality, good attitude and customer oriented
* Good interpersonal communication skills
* Must be technically competent in various machines, equipment and machines found in residential or commercial properties
* Basic accounting skills, can forecast budget and monitor expenditures
Location Requirement
Must be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.
At least 1-3 years of property management experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
