Key Responsibilities
Handling work orders for logistics abnormal expenses to ensure accurate and timely payment of abnormal expenses.
Responsible for managing logistics abnormal expenses, assisting the HQ reconciliation team and channel development team in resolving abnormal expense issues in a timely manner.
Responsible for the projects related to abnormal expenses
Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between operations, finance, HR, and other stakeholders, assist the team in achieving the goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
3+ years of work experience in logistics cost management related professional background.
Strong communication skills, proficient in cross departmental communication and basic business negotiation skills.
Mandatory fluency in Portuguese and English.
Mandarin are plus.
