About the Role
* We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive organic and inorganic growth for customers and prospects in the Paper & Board Market.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving profitability on all customers within their perimeter.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop commercial strategies for your segment, products, and customer base.
* Negotiate contracts with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Identify opportunities to improve sales trends and prepare reports for management.
* Analyze market data to inform business decisions.
* Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan, budget, forecasts, and mid-term plan for your region.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and manage relationships with the Customer Service Team.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role with exposure to complex customers.
* Degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
