Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and prepare export and import processes, with autonomy to establish procedures related to finding the best solution for the company;
* Monitor reports containing commercial information and prepare management reports;
* Manage international client portfolio.
* Negotiate with customers on prices, special offers for bids, benefits, payment terms, market exclusivity, among other matters;
* Respond to customer requests and provide technical guidance on products and services;
* Analyze the international market for products and services;
* Develop commercial expansion strategies in foreign markets.
* Ensure the organization and occasionally participate in trade shows and conferences abroad;
* Monitor new product projects and packaging development for private label customers;
* Collect payments from customers;
* Execute and monitor product registration processes in countries that require certification;
* Ensure the proper registration of foreign trade processes in the control systems of the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Government and ensure compliance with the rules of the Internal Revenue Service, ANVISA, MAPA, among others.
Requirements:
* Solid experience in Foreign Trade with strong performance in sales, preferably in the dental or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong experience in people management.
* Proficiency in customs legislation, special regimes, and international agreements.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Analytical and strategic profile with strong negotiation skills.
* Availability to work in person in Pomerode/SC.
