This person will also perform new business generation by identifying opportunities with both existing and potential clients.The role involves owning business-focused presentations, developing collaterals for client internal selling, and developing and and implementing a Customer Success framework to ensure scalable processes.

Client Success ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high satisfaction and renewal rates.Present results and business impact of Fligoo's solutions to key stakeholders through tailored reports and presentations.Develop marketing materials (collaterals) to enable champions within client organizations to support internal advocacy for Fligoo's solutions.Design and implement a structured Customer Success framework to streamline onboarding, periodic reviews, and contract renewals.2.
Business GrowthIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, preparing and presenting business cases for pilots or expansions.Prospect and develop new clients and partners, using strategic insights to create tailored proposals.Drive pipeline generation and execute growth campaigns.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience:2-5 years of experience in strategic client management, business development, or consulting.Experience in AI, Software or Financial Services industries is a plus.Skills:Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas and present them effectively.Relationship-building expertise, with a focus on long-term partnerships.Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver measurable outcomes.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
