**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct personalized coaching sessions tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each client.
- Develop and implement customized coaching strategies that drive results.
- Facilitate engaging group sessions and workshops to foster collaboration and learning.
- Collaborate with the MantraCare team to ensure client satisfaction and coaching effectiveness.
- Utilize the MantraCoach platform for efficient session management and seamless client communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **1 year of coaching experience** in one or more of the specified areas.
- **Accredited certification** from a recognized coaching institution (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
- Strong understanding of corporate dynamics and the intricacies of each coaching area.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful coaching programs.
