Business Analyst Role Overview
The Business Analyst - Product Designer plays a pivotal role in our design team, collaborating with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver valuable features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
This position transforms stakeholder visions into functional features, documents requirements, and works closely with development teams to bring solutions to life.
* Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Document detailed functional design specifications.
* Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Presents live product demonstrations and prepares release notes for end users.
* Assists with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Contributes to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
