Job Overview
The Agile Team Lead is responsible for facilitating major ART events, managing the team calendar, and ensuring program-level cadence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in lean-agile principles, team coaching, and problem-solving. Salesforce knowledge is appreciated, while JIRA expertise is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Orchestrates PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt events to drive team productivity.
* Cultivates a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
* Identifies and tracks risks, escalating critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Optimizes the flow of value across the ART by streamlining dependencies and architectural runway.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in Scrum Master or similar Agile roles.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive team success.
* JIRA knowledge and proficiency in agile methodologies.
