Project Director Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Director to oversee client-facing projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams, including Technical Leads, Developers, QA experts, and Business Analysts.
* Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
* Manage user stories, epics, iterations, and Agile metrics such as velocity charts.
* Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Fluent English.
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile environment.
* Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
