As a senior internal talent advisor, you will serve as a strategic liaison between our client and stakeholders. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, overseeing recruitment delivery team performance, analyzing operational data, influencing team goals, and presenting insights to leadership.
Required qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, previous experience in staffing or talent consulting firms, excellent communication and negotiation skills, native Portuguese, fluent English, and strong attention to detail.
