The role of a Senior Administrative Associate is to provide top-tier support to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Calendar Management: Coordinate intricate meeting schedules, manage calendars and related correspondence.
* Events: Plan and execute events, including recurring staff meetings and Town Hall meetings.
* Board Preparation: Prepare and manage communication, materials and meeting preparation for the Board of Directors.
* Administrative Support: Provide office support activities, including travel coordination, expense reimbursements and filing.
Requirements:
* High-level discretion when handling sensitive business communications and data.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills within the administrative team.
* Ability to establish professional relationships with C-level executives, Board members and other high-level clients and candidates.
* Able to communicate effectively with line-level employees and present oneself as a representative of the Manager's office.
