Overview:
Manage the entire recruitment process for non-technical roles at our organization.
* Act as a single point of contact between internal teams and talent acquisition specialists for assigned projects.
* Coordinate multiple client requirements simultaneously to ensure timely ramp-ups for customer-facing roles.
* Conduct thorough talent pool assessments, identify supply-demand gaps, and activate external sourcing channels when necessary.
* Collaborate with delivery leads to understand project requirements and talent expectations.
