Contingent Workforce Specialist
Pinnacle Group is seeking a skilled professional to manage the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with a customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success.
* Utilize and provide training on MSP tools such as Beeline and applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, and a proven success in a client-facing, fast-paced, and service-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
