In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys to prepare and manage family-based immigration cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file family-based immigration petitions and applications, including forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and all related supporting documentsCollect, review, and organize client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracyMaintain and manage case files, deadlines, and follow-upsCommunicate with clients to provide case updates, request documents, and respond to general inquiriesAssist in preparing clients for USCIS interviews, including document review and guidanceDraft cover letters, affidavits, and other supporting materialsMonitor case progress and assist in responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely filings and full compliance with immigration regulationsHandle all client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalismQualificationsPrior experience in immigration law, specifically in family-based casesStrong working knowledge of USCIS forms and proceduresExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in English and Portuguese is required — Portuguese speakers onlyTo ApplyTo be considered for this position, all applications must be submitted by email to.
