Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role requires a hands-on individual who can navigate ambiguity and keep teams aligned. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing delivery plans, coordinating resources, and driving stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning to execution and completion.
* Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Partner with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus.
